ALYSIA
Front Desk AdministratorDental Assistant
Alysia grew up here in Kansas City and graduated from Concorde Career College as a medical assistant. She started her career in dentistry as a dental assistant soon after, when she fell in love with the dental field! Alysia now has 10 years of dental experience and has done everything from dental assisting to front desk reception, scheduling, insurance, claims, billing, and more. She has always been a team player and isn’t afraid to jump in and lend a helping hand where needed at any given moment!
Alysia recently bought her first home near Twin Creeks with her two children and two dogs and loves the area! She enjoys being outdoors, swimming, fishing, cheering on the KC Chiefs, and spending time with her family, friends and neighbors as much as possible!
JOSIE
Front Desk Administrator
Our newest team member is from Lawrence, KS, and was a hairstylist for over 10 years. One of her clients, who was a dentist, encouraged her to become a dental assistant, so she did! She became an assistant at the Lawrence Dental Clinic working with low-income families and traveling to schools to help treat children who couldn’t afford dental care. After several years of assisting, she switched to a front desk position and thoroughly enjoys interacting with patients!
Becoming the newest Twin Creeks team member has been an easy transition for her, and she is looking forward to getting to know all of the current and future patients!
ANN
Registered Dental Hygienist
Ann graduated with a BA in Biology from the University of Kansas and later obtained a BS in Dental Hygiene from UMKC. She has been providing quality care to patients in this practice for over 20 years – seeking to treat each patient with kindness and respect while teaching them about their oral health.
Ann and her husband, Kurt, have three daughters. When not at work, you will likely find her with her family enjoying the great outdoors, traveling, or on a mission trip!
ASHLEY
Registered Dental Hygienist
Ashley earned her bachelor’s degree in dental hygiene from the UMKC School of Dentistry after completing her degree in psychology from Florida Gulf Coast University. Prior to joining the Twin Creeks Family Dentistry team, she worked training dogs in the Kansas City area and volunteered to provide oral health care for local schools, including Operation Breakthrough.
Ashley spends her spare time doing creative projects such as sewing or painting and enjoys boating in the summer. She shares her home with her husband Drew and their pet ferret and dog.
GINNY
Dental Assistant
Ginny grew up in St. Joseph, MO, and attended college at MWSU. She completed her Basic Skills at Ozark Technical College. She has over 11 years of experience in the dental field and takes pride in putting adults and children at ease when it comes to oral health care. She is a valuable asset to our office and loves working alongside Dr. Klamer as well as her team. What she enjoys most about her role as a dental assistant is getting to interact with patients while helping them improve their smiles.
Ginny and her husband Caleb have two beautiful girls, Kyleigh and Aspen, who enjoy cheerleading and gymnastics. Outside of work, she loves watching them perform and compete. They otherwise stay busy enjoying the outdoors and doing CrossFit. They’re also HUGE Chiefs fans and spend their Sundays in the living room watching the game! GO CHIEFS!
